How to set up Owner’s Reporting and Assign to Existing Service Package

  1. Create New User with User’s Role Type set as Owner . Create
  2. Go to Listing, select the respective unit
  3. Scroll down to Contract Information and select the Owner . Save
  4. Go to Service Package , select the existing Package
  5. In “Package Applies to Units“, add in the new Unit . Save
